Application for Summer Employment

Please complete the attached APPLICATION FOR SUMMER EMPLOYMENT.

 

Once it is completed, please return it to PPM, Inc. certifications as soon as possible.  The application can be submitted in one of the following ways:

 

1) Click the “Submit by Email” button on the document.  This will automatically attach the completed document to an e-mail.

2) Print the document and mail it to Progressive Pool Management, Inc.

3) Print the document and fax it to 302-798-4764.

4) Save the document as a Text file and send the file to Progressivepool@aol.com.

 

Along with the application, the following documents must be submitted to PPM, Inc. before you may begin work.  Please submit this items by mail, fax or e-mail:

 

1) W-4

2) I-9

3) Working papers if under the age of 18.  Working papers can be obtained from your school’s guidance or main office.

4) Two forms of identification.

5) Copies of CPR/AED and Lifeguard Training certification cards.
